This event presented the power of intentionality with expert people manager Sandra Viljoen. She delivered a framework to align individual purpose and vision to internal motivation.
I panelled a discussion of business owners, entrepreneurs and elite sports professionals. We discussed how to build internal motivation and use external motivation as a resource to create momentum. The panel shared tips and experiences that helped them stay on track and manage setbacks.
